Required Application Checklist

This Letter of Intent and checklist must be submitted online by the last Friday in October prior to the Spring Semester of entry.

I am currently attending NWC and an active student OR I was a past student and have reactivated my NWC student status OR I have completed an application to NWC.

All my credits are at NWC OR I have submitted all official transcript[s] from all institutions attended outside of NWC to the Registrar’s Office. I have successfully completed all required pre-requisites and have met the GPA requirement.
