I acknowledge that as part of the Professional Studies Admissions process, I must submit the following documents for my application to be considered:

• Northwest College Application for Admission
• Official Transcripts from all colleges/universities attended
• Immunization records
• Official high school transcripts or equivalent (if you have less than 15 college credits)
• International Student requirements (if applicable)

I acknowledge and have reviewed the Admissions criteria in the Professional Studies Student Handbook prior to submitting my application.

Courses within the BAS Core requirements are offered simultaneously in a traditional face to face format, a sychronous distance format, and an asychronous online format. I acknowledge and have reviewed these framework and delivery methods of the Professional Studies BAS program prior to submitting my application.

Courses within the BAS Core requirements are offered in an 8-week format instead of a traditional 16-weeks within a cohort (group) model. I acknowledge and have reviewed the semester structure and the cohort model specifications of the BAS program.

Courses within the BAS Core requirements are offered in a prescribed sequence based on Full-time and Part-time cohorts. If admitted to the BAS program, I acknowledge and understand the requirement of maintaining continuous enrollment within my cohort.

I acknowledge and understand that general admission to Northwest College does not guarantee me admission to the BAS program.

Satisfactory course grades are required in all BAS Core requirements. I acknowledge and understand that I must maintain satisfactory grades is all BAS Core requirements or dismissal will occur.
