THIS POLICY MANUAL SETS FORTH POLICIES PROVIDING GUIDANCE FOR EMPLOYMENT, COMPENSATION, AND OPERATIONS OF THE COLLEGE. IT IS NOT AN EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT AND SHOULD NOT BE CONSTRUED AS AN EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT. IT SERVES AS A VEHICLE TO COMMUNICATE THE GENERAL GUIDANCE AND WORK RULES UNDER WHICH ALL FACULTY AND STAFF ARE EMPLOYED. THE COLLEGE, AS EMPLOYER, RESERVES THE RIGHT TO AMEND, ELIMINATE AND MODIFY ITS POLICIES AND PROCEDURES CONTAINED IN THIS POLICY MANUAL AT SUCH TIMES AS DEEMED NECESSARY. ANY COPIES OF POLICIES (PRINT OR ONLINE) THAT ARE INCONSISTENT WITH THE OFFICIAL VERSION POSTED ON THIS WEBSITE SHALL BE DISREGARDED.
