I. Purpose
The purpose of the College Board of Trustees shall be to govern the College within the parameters of State of Wyoming Statute and to the benefit of the College District citizenry.
 

II. Objective
The objective of the College Board of Trustees shall be to assure that the College accomplishes its vision and mission.
