New staff are scheduled to meet with representatives in the Human Resource Office and the Payroll/Benefits Office as soon as possible after employment. New staff receive access to the Board Policy Manual and other miscellaneous College information. Information is explained regarding wages, benefits, and policies, such as sexual harassment and equal employment opportunity.
